Jesse was recently cast in a parody of the Sham Wow infomercial called Soul Wow that a friend of ours produced for some church in NY.  I don’t really know any of the back story regarding how it came about, but we’re all proud of Jesse and think it’s adorable that he’s dressed up like a priest.  If you haven’t seen the Sham Wow infomercial, watch it here — it stars this ridiculous guy who is selling super absorbent towel things that nobody really needs.

(BTW, Dan wants to make it very clear that is not a Back of the Class project. Not because it’s not good or funny, but because he’s terrified of a vengeful God.)

UPDATE: this little video is actually getting some serious traction.  In the ten days following its release, it wound up on the NY Times’ CityRoom blog, ABC news, Gawker, Time Magazine, the Huffington Post, and apparently even Good Morning America.  People love sketchy priests.
